Ricardo did an outstanding job pressure washing the exterior of my house! The results speak for themselves — every wall, from top to bottom, looks fresh and completely renewed. He was professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work, paying close attention to spots that other companies might have rushed through. The difference is night and day. My house looks years newer, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for someone reliable who genuinely cares about quality, look no further than Ricardo. Highly recommend!

These guys did an awesome job. They pressure washed my fence and cleaned all of my windows, and everything came out looking great. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and paid attention to the little details. When I contacted them they came to the house and then gave me a proposal that detailed exactly what they would be doing before any work started. Good communication, fair price, and no surprises. I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs their house cleaned up.

When I learned that Pressure Washing Clean would handle the exterior cleaning of all the windows and screens of our home in Lutz, I signed right up as those windows were starving for attention. Ricardo Jr. and Ricardo Sr. extended the kind of professionalism in communication and pride in their craft that I had heard about from many of my colleagues: the pricing was fair, they showed up at the appointed time, and my windows and screens received 5-star expert treatment. When my new neighbor asked for a pressure washing recommendation, I was happy to refer her to PWC; she hired them and was also very pleased with the results. Pressure Washing Clean is a great company led by a dedicated and personally charming father/son duo who provide terrific service.

THE BEST PRESSURE WASHING IN THE AREA! Heads up to everyone in Tampa, Lutz, Land O Lakes, San Antonio, and the Wesley Chapel lagoons (Mirada & Epperson)! As a realtor, I hold properties to the highest standards. Recently, a seller was about to hand over a home in deplorable condition, the exterior was heavily weathered and covered in cobwebs. To surprise my buyer on closing day, I hired Pressure Washing Clean, and they pulled off an absolute miracle! This is a top-tier family business run by a father and son duo who are absolute experts. Their level of experience is unmatched. The "before and after" was a stunning visual transformation; the curb appeal skyrocketed instantly! The patio screen is so spotless and crystal-clear it literally looks like it isn't even there. My client was ecstatic. They are the most professional team I’ve hired in years. I'd highly recommend them if you want to protect your property's value. They are hands down the best!

I had seen some of the great work that Ricardo and his team with Pressure Washing Clean had done for homes and businesses in Land O Lakes and Lutz, and I was happy to learn that he also services Hernando County so he was able to come take care of my project in Spring Hill! The team is incredibly professional and gave me a very competitive price for pressure washing my entire home, roof, driveway, and sidewalks. I am so happy with the results! In the past I had used a pressure washer and done the driveway myself, but you can really tell the difference when you hire an expert like Ricardo. The service was outstanding – he even noticed that one of my kids had left a window in their bedroom cracked when he inspected the house before he started cleaning- he paid attention to all of the details! I can’t recommend Pressure Washing Clean highly enough. I now recommend all of my friends, family, neighbors, and customers of my own small, locally – owned business because I know I can trust the great results and professionalism that Ricardo bring.
